Hi, I’m Jo. I’m a full time mum to my 3 mini me’s as well as studying for a degree in Forensic Psychology. I enjoy keeping fit but as a busy mum I find it hard to fit workouts in, sometimes a little boost is needed! I have two dogs which I adore, Lula a gsp puppy and Roxy a whippet which make sure I get out and walk everyday 🙂
