The young zealous Chef Casey Colaneri has been able to in his career experience adventures through his food travels around Europe.

Classicly trained at Johnson & Wales University, he has worked throughout the New York Area including Le Cirque, The Ridge, Sushi Metsuyan, The Brownstone, The Olde Mill Inn, and 44 SW . Casey was fortunate enough to have studied in Orvieto, Italy for nearly a year learning secrets to homemade pastas, fresh breads and sweet desserts.
