Hello, and welcome to my about.me page! As you can tell above my name is Cole Simms and I am a graduate student in Technology Integration at West Liberty University. While I currently do not hold an education job, I currently work at home on my family's beef cattle farm. I live at home with my parents and my sister Kelly. In addition to my family I live with two cats, Joe and Oscar, and my sister's dog Emily, a Cairn Terrier. We also have around 30 cattle and a few baby calves.

As far as my Educational achievements are concerned, I graduated Cum Laude with my BA in Secondary Education in Social Studies, and I plan on graduating with my Master's degree in May of this year! It's been a long road but there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Some of the skills I've learned in the past 26 years include: automotive repair, computer repair, technology troubleshooting, agricultural maintenance, various skills associated with caring for cattle, home maintenance, sewing, among others. A few of my skills has lead to me being my friends' mechanic and technology support.

I am a complete nerd and dork. My interests include: Movies, Video Games, Reading, Fishing, Studying Viking History and Card Games. I find video games and card games very relaxing while also intellectually stimulating. I enjoy interacting with my entertainment and not passively soaking it in. That being said I do enjoy watching TV and watching movies. Some of my favorite TV shows include: The Walking Dead, Dr. Who, Futurama, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Parks and Recreation, and Bob's Burgers. Some of my favorite movies include: Gladiator, Frozen, Space Balls, Tangled, Wreck-it Ralph, Braveheart, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Shawn of the Dead, The Star Wars Series, among many others. While it may seem odd for me as a 26-year old man to list a few Children's movies in my favorites, I see animation as an art and can really appreciate the time effort and talent that goes into creating such beautifully animated movies.

I am not currently married and have no children, but I do have a girlfriend. Her name is Aleece and she is an art student at West Liberty University. She is close to graduating and looking at graduate schools. We will have been dating for 1 year on March, 23rd!
