Are your shoes pinching?

Practicing in Houston's Energy Corridor / Memorial area, I work with professionals, couples, families, and individuals facing life challenges and transitions. I offer confidential:

* Assistance with navigating business relationships and career concerns;

* Pre-marital / relationship preparation & counseling;

* Help navigating divorce;

* Work with LGBT individuals;

* Psychological support, social & coping skills learning & other therapeutic work with children;

*Guidance for adolescents who are in middle school, high school & those transitioning toward adulthood;

* Collaboration with individuals who want specific relationship help (e.g., communication, blaming, anger, etc.);

* Relief to people by exploring & practicing ways to manage depression & anxiety; &

* An avenue for discussing safe & healthy dating - ideas, questions, & concerns - for adults, adolescents, & recently divorced individuals.

I collaborate with clients of all ages in ways that EMPOWER people in making best personal choices, find emotional BALANCE, increase LIFE SATISFACTION, & navigate their UNIQUE personal challenges. SOME individuals have arrived at the place in life where they simply want to make a CHANGE, or GROW & LEARN more about themselves...

Seeing me doesn't mean a problem exists! ...If one does, we'll tackle it together. Some clients find they benefit from regular maintenance support, and this helps to keep small problems from becoming overwhelming obstacles.

Besides having counseled students of all ages on local community college campuses, I have worked with high conflict families referred by the court, provided therapeutic care for individuals in a psychiatric hospital, & worked as a volunteer therapist with adolescents at Covenant House. I am also experienced in working with clients dealing with divorce issues, & have worked for several years in the local school districts - in classrooms & as a therapist, including with individuals who need help with social & relational skills, or who experience depression & anxiety, or neurological differences, such as autism.

I am so looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks for stopping by!
