Cole Hranicky

Proven leader Cole Hranicky studies business, finance, and real estate at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. A graduate of Memorial High School (MHS), he served as an intern for Gerber Construction and has worked as a self-employed DJ. While attending MHS, Cole Hranicky completed advanced courses in business-related topics as part of the Academy of Finance (AoF). He also served as a group organizer for the mission trip Summit held by Chapelwood United Methodist Church.
Beyond these professional and leadership positions, Mr. Hranicky has been involved in several extracurricular activities over the years. During his first three years at MHS, he was active with Young Life (YL), a national organization that helps youth build relationships with peers and learn more about Christianity. As a YL member, he had the opportunity to serve with YL campaigners, participate in the YL Retreat to Buena Vista, Colorado, and serve as a camp leader for YL Wilderness.
Following Hurricane Harvey, Cole Hranicky was also part of hurricane relief efforts in the Memorial area. In this capacity, he assisted firefighters with handling a gas leak at a home and stripped drywall from homes in areas affected by the hurricane. He was also responsible for collecting salvageable items and returning them to the homes of individuals and families who were affected by the storm.
