I started in this industry long before algorithms, short-form video, or AI tools were part of everyday conversations. Back then, success came from understanding people, telling real stories, and building trust over time. That foundation still matters—but the tools have changed.
As AI started becoming more accessible, I paid attention—not because it was trendy, but because I could see what it actually solved for real estate professionals: time, consistency, and mental bandwidth. Agents were spending hours writing content, follow-ups, and marketing materials—often after long days serving clients. AI, when used correctly, could take that pressure off without removing the agent’s voice or values.
That realization pushed me to go deeper. I didn’t jump into AI to replace creativity or relationships. I jumped in to protect them.
Today, through AI Edge For Realtors, I help agents use AI as a practical business tool—one that supports their marketing instead of complicating it. My focus is always on real-world use: compliant content, personalized messaging, and systems that agents can actually maintain alongside their business.
One area I’ve always believed in—long before AI—was the power of testimonials. Social proof has consistently been one of the strongest trust-builders in real estate, yet most agents struggle to collect reviews in a simple, consistent way. That gap led me to create a testimonial app for realtors, designed to make it easier for business owners to send clients directly to their profiles to leave honest feedback after working together.
The app wasn’t built as a tech experiment. It was built from experience—watching agents miss opportunities simply because the process felt awkward, time-consuming, or easy to forget.
