I am a Learning and Development Solutions Consultant living in Dorset, United Kingdom. With over 25 years experience in L&OD in Retail, Hospitality, Public Sector (Central, Local & Education) and Facilities Management I am well-versed in identifying the correct solution to drive your business forward. My creative solutions have a pragmatic anchor, from stakeholder needs analysis, to designing for audience engagement; responding to the immediate need, with an eye on longer term business benefits.

My projects include large scale Development Programmes (from conception to roll-out), Blended Learning solutions, working with SMEs, On-boarding for global audiences, Apprenticeships, Equality and Diversity, business wide L&D launches, Supplier Relationship Management, Project Management of multi-programmes, Evaluation, Learning Space design, Operational Management of Learning Environments.
