I’m a communications and marketing specialist with over a decade of experience writing, editing and blogging for numerous regional and national organizations, including ESPN, MLB Trade Rumors, Creative Loafing and the Arizona Daily Star.

I'm passionate about sustainability. As the marketing manager at the Food Conspiracy Co-op in Tucson, Arizona, I helped bring about an urban micro farm that is fed by harvested rainwater. I also organized a solar-powered rock concert, a tour of backyard chicken coops, and the co-op's annual Eat Local Challenge.

I love food. I've prepared pastries at a French chateau, gone on a search for the best Sonoran hot dog, and brewed prickly pear pale ale.

In my spare time I play soccer and read books to my daughter.
