Ok I had cancer in my spine last year and was a paraplegic -Doctors thought I was in a wheelchair for life. I am now walking with a walking stick and improving all the time but I will probably never run again or mow a lawn. The practical consequences are that I lost my very high income and all my savings and I now live on a benefit. I am not as vigorous as I used to be but everything still works and I am still virile, just have to take things a little easier than before. It is also possible that I may get sick again and with that and my age I have to say that I am not sure that it would be fair to the mother or the children if I was to father any more children, and its very possible that the treatment I have had has made that unlikely anyway. I left my Wife when I found out I was sick and went on an adventure, unfortunately I got so sick I had to move back to Whangarei to be near the hospital. I moved back into my family home and I live downstairs with my adult Son. My ex moved to Hamilton but things did not work out so she is living upstairs. It is working ok we are not exactly friends but we have an understanding, we will not get back together that is certain. I can not travel on an Airplane, I take pain medication and live a pretty good life but a plane trip would be to long without being able to stretch out. I can not help financially with airfares but if things get to the stage where someone wants to come to NZ and check me out in person I can provide a place to stay a bed and meals etc. Any woman who is prepared to explore the possibilities with all that going on bring it on. I actually have a lot to offer. I know how to love, I am not judgmental, I have a gentle wisdom, humour and can say without bragging that women love to be in my company. I really like women even though they are the craziest creatures God ever created. Lol.
