Colinas de Miramar is owned well-known and respected Costa Rican family that have been owners of the property for over 150 years. The owners have been very careful not to permit any type of deforestation, exotic tree removals, or disturbances to the natural wildlife and fauna, leaving the property in its natural, pristine state. Century old trees in the protected areas house families of howler and spider monkeys, parrots, hummingbirds, and the crystal clear streams flow as they always have, with hidden natural rock pools dotting the way.

The marketing division is comprised of professional money managers and seasoned real estate pros with over 30 years of combined experience. In addition, our local sales team has over 20 years of combined development and local marketing experience to meet our clients needs.
