Vyking

Vyking exists to capture ideas that words cannot describe. I believe that by foregoing lyrics and focusing solely on the music, the listener is able to paint his own picture and tell his own story, leading to an intensely personal connection with the music. Sounds and music take on different meanings to different people at different moments, and only non-lyrical music is versatile enough to cross all boundaries and touch each person individually, no matter their language, culture, or background.

My name is Colin Fisher, creator of Vyking. My musical journey began at the age of 12 when my brother began writing music on Garageband for Mac. Being a typical little brother, I wanted to be just like him (and when I say "just like him" I mean "better than him"). And that's where the journey began! I released my first Vyking album in 2013, and I've since written for several business videos, cinema projects, and podcasts. The latest album (pictured above) has by far been the most challenging and most rewarding project to date, and I'm very excited for the projects in store for the very near future!
