Logistics Rotational Program in Plano, Texas
Curently I am an part of a logistics rotational program with Staples. I studied Operations and Information Management major at the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst. I enjoy my time hiking, camping, and disc golfing with friends. Having a Boy Scout background I love to teach my skills to others and enhance my own by learning from others. I am a Brother of Delta Sigma Pi of the Pi Rho Chapter.
I am a brother of Delta Sigma Pi. I pledged in my first semester freshman year in college has been one of the best things I have done. My brothers are truly a family I can rely on and they know they can count on me. I always look forward to the events we hold to be able to connect with brothers from surrounding regions and provinces and even learn more about the brothers in my own home chapter of Pi Rho. the connections I have made will stay with me during my lifetime. Purple and gold all the way.
My love for disc golf came from a year at Scout camp where my friends and I decided to play the disc golf course they had set up around camp. I instantly fell in love with it and played everyday right after lunch. Back home I bought a basic set of discs and played at courses near my home town. Coming to UMass I discovered that they had a course set up and so the weekly games began with my friends. I play for fun and to hlep others enjoy the game that I love to play.
The outdoors are like a second home to me in that I am just as comfortable sitting on a rock to have lunch as I am at an actual table. My friends joke that if I could I would be a caveman and live in the woods. I love to camp and hike especially because I love to be able to listen to the sounds of nature all around me and to be able to see the sites around me. To be able to put yourself in nature and leave all the phones, computers, TV, and video games behind is a magical thing to me because you get to truly experience being around the people you are with (never ever hike or camp alone). It sounds cliche but it makes a connection that you don't have with other people.
