I help people deal with transitions in their lives, particularly those in their 40s and 50s who are leaving behind a corporate career and are unsure of what lifestyle they want to create for themselves next - what I call their ‘Post-executive career’.

Having been through the corporate mill myself and then a long and painful struggle to re-imagine myself, I am desperate to share what I learnt and help people get through this difficult transition as quickly as possible.

I have learnt that the wear and tear of a corporate career, the social conditioning and the learned behaviours we pick up along the way, do not equip us for this challenge. In fact, they work against us and this can leave us stuck, frustrated and uncertain how to proceed. I share my experiences and the knowledge I've acquired on the way on my blog, After the Mothership.

I'd really like create a tribe for my fellow Post-executives and enable them to connect, support and inspire one another. As well as realising our own potential, imagine what a force for positive change in the world we could be.

Following another passion of mine to create better workplaces and work experiences, I advise businesses on how to transition to a people-centred approach that releases the potential of their employees to drive creativity and innovations and deliver sustainable high performance.

For fun, I love to ski, to read, to exercise, spend time with friends and family and enjoy good food, wine and conversation.
