My name is Colin Robertson. I grew up in Los Angeles, California, and after some "coming and going," and indecision about staying, I'm back in the city I love, LA.

I've lived in a few other seemingly random locations along the way, including San Diego, New York City, and Edinburgh. But LA is still hard to beat. Chalk it up to the weather and the wide range of activities one can take part in nearly 365 days a year.

When I'm not daydreaming about the wonderful city I live in, I'm most likely working on my finance websites.

My background in is mortgage and consumer finance - I worked for a large lender for several years before parting ways and setting out on my own.

In the process, I learned more than I thought I would ever know about money, but I'm sure glad I did.

Now my goal is sharing what I've learned with the world so they can benefit too. Simple moves can yield huge results. And it's not as complicated as you may think!
