I like to keep busy.

I run a consultancy (Nemawashi), advising companies across several industries on how to improve their online businesses, and provide organisational and strategic consultancy to the commercial and non-profit sectors. I specialise in user interaction/user persuasion – looking at ways to reduce obstacles between the individual and the what they would like to do/what the site/project/program would like them to do. In addition, I am also in charge of a small indie publisher, called Clarion Publishing. Here, we publish both fiction and non-fiction from authors both established and new.

When I can I write novels and short stories, make wildly inappropriate jokes, and can be found playing computer games (XBox) or boardgames when I really should be asleep or outside. I can be found on Twitter and on LinkedIn, and through good old fashioned email. Feel free to connect and say hi.
