Victor Frankenstein

Just hearing the name Frankenstein everyone pictures the creature, well in this case we are talking about myself Victor Frankenstein. Here is the true story of my life and how this all came to be. As a young boy my Mother had passed away from scarlet fever leaving me to be adopted by the Lavenza's who also had a daughter my age named Elizabeth. We referred to each other as cousins even though we are not related at all. She is a young caring a beautiful girl who in our later years became my wife. As a young boy I was enthused by science such as alchemist such as Cornelius Agrippa, Paracelsus, and Albertus Magnus. Yet while attending the University of Ingolstadt I developed a new liking for chemistry and that lead to my obsession with creating life to an inanimate matter with artificial means to it. Because of this obsession I was put in danger's way by having knowledge that almost no one else had. Unfortunately i was also putting the people I was closest to at risk by my creation. I know who killed Justine, it was not who everyone else thought it to be. It was my creature the creature of frankenstein. I live with the guilt of knowing it was him everyday and can not do anything about it. My own creation even worked against me wanting something that seemed reasonable wanting a mate for himself. Once almost at the completion of his mate I realized the disaster that would occur from this and destroyed the second creature. The creature then had me pay the ultimate toll of killing my wife the night that we said our vows.
