Colleen leads individuals and communities in contexts as rich and varied as adult ESL classrooms; GED and pre-GED tutoring; citizenship instruction; arts-based community programming for all life stages; teacher training; and volunteer and service-learning management.
An award-winning poet and writer, she loves language and the transformational power of lifelong exploration and discovery.
She has worked with local nonprofits incuding the History Theatre; In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre; CLUES (Communidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio); and UCAM English School. She is currently a Community Writer and Editor with the Saint Paul Almanac.
