Colleen Kendel

Colleen was the founder and CEO of Vineyard Title, Inc., a full service title insurance agency servicing the State of Florida from March of 2006 through January of 2015.

As of February, 2015 she will be affiliated with Princeton Title & Escrow, LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. This affiliation affords her clients the added benefit of an on-site Attorney who can provide assistance if necessary as well as a team of excellent paralegals. Princeton is located at 5550 Glades Road, Suite 250.

Her years of experience as a paralegal, marketing executive and manager of a statewide title agency set her apart from the typical title agent. She is a seminar speaker and author of the industry newsletter Title Talk.

Her company, Vineyard Title, was named Top 10 in Palm Beach County by First American Title Insurance Company and received an Award of Recognition for Excellence in Performance.
