What's up? I'm Colleen and I am the owner of Hol-Impact Wellness. I have a mission to create a space both physically and emotionally, where women can become their true self by pushing aside self doubt, hate and pain.

I'm based in Eastern Oregon, but travel all over the country to share my emotional wellness journey with others. I support a large team of like-minded women who are empowering themselves and others to find, and then shine, their light.
