College of Ship Technology is an educational Institution currently focusing and imparting Marine courses related to Ship Building and Ship Repair. College of Ship Technology commenced its operation in Puthucode, a serene village of Palakkad District in July 2007. College is affiliated to INDIAN MARITIME UNIVERSITY (Govt. of India) for B.Sc. Programme and offering approved courses by DET NORSKE VERITAS, (DNV) Norway (An International Maritime Classification Society), for DIPLOMA & ADVANCED COURSES. All the courses are technically supported by Shipyards, M/s. Rolls-Royce (Marine) Finland, M/s. Akzo-Nobel Paints, The Netherlands, and M/s. Demag Cranes, Germany etc.
