Collette Carmichael

I am a Director at CarmichaelUK. We are a specialist construction company with over twenty years of industry experience.

With the other board members, I am responsible for determining the strategy of the company to ensure its financial viability and success in the short and longer term. I am primarily involved in ensuring the culture of the company is preserved and that our values of honesty, integrity and professionalism are upheld throughout our business.

I believe that everybody has something valuable to offer and I am passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to be the best they can. I work closely with our "Celebrate" Champions to ensure that CarmichaelUK supports and promotes inclusion and equality.

I am committed to giving back and supporting others which we do through our "Caring" programme and I am proud to be involved with this.
