I'm an agile technical writer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Agile tech writers work in organizations that manage projects in iterations and increments---also known as the Scrum methodology. Unlike traditional waterfall project management, Scrum is extremely flexible and have been adopted by companies like Microsoft and Google.

The best part of my job is knowing that I help solve people's technology hurdles everyday.

From discussing wires with the Information Architects, to debating copy in the user interface, everything is for one cause---to create the best user experience possible.
