What’s up, I’m Collins - a Customer Experience & Contact Centre professional with 15+ years experience.

My work is to ensure that the people, process and technology that operate customer experience (CX) programs, aligns with the organizational strategy & brand promise, and most importantly, contributes to the bottom line.

Outside of work, I live and play in Nairobi :) and I am a fan of travel, technology, and food. I’m also interested in music (90s old school R&B, New Jack Swing, African Pop). I'm passionate about:

  • promoting child safety,
  • animal safety (I'll just go ahead and admit my bias and say dogs)
  • mental health well being and
  • poverty eradication in our BoP demographic.
