We have experience in commercial apartment management and in managing a large 55-plus independent living apartments.

Brent has experience with property management, repairs and maintenance. His experience in retail and professional sales allows him to communicate well with others. He also has experience as the general manager of two small companies which included the oversight of all aspects of day to day operations of the business. His background in human resources gives him valuable experience in the hiring, training and management of personnel at all levels.

Brent has rehabbed two residences and is comfortable with all types of power equipment and general construction practices. Brent's experience over a decade as a volunteer fireman has equipped him with various skills of life safety and a keen eye toward fire prevention and general safety practices.

Jill has a background as a court clerk, paralegal, church secretary and apartment manager. In property management she has been responsible for initial discovery and preparation of the leasing process as well as supervision of various cleaning and maintenance crews. Her command of various computer programs and office procedures allows her the ability to streamline the communication process and documentation.

Together we bring not only vast professional experience, but a genuine love of people and work ethic to all we do.

We realize that your particular needs may go beyond a typical 40 hour work week, and we understand the importance of flexibility to your situation. We are used to being on-call 24 hours a day and seven days a week. We are available 350 days a year to manage your property or estate.
