Colton Wandke

Colton Wandke is a highly experienced financial executive and entrepreneur specializing in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory services. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to identify, structure, and execute complex financial transactions, positioning himself as a trusted advisor to businesses seeking guidance in economic matters.

Colton currently serves as Co-Founder and Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, a leading corporate advisory and business analytics firm based in Puerto Rico. At DECA, he is key in driving the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives, focusing on transaction advisory, tax credits, grants, and debt financing programs. Through his leadership, DECA has become the go-to firm for innovation-driven companies conducting research and development in Puerto Rico. He has guided these companies in navigating incentive programs, ensuring compliance, and accessing non-dilutive capital sources, including federal and local grants and transferable R&D tax credits.

In addition, Wandke is a founding Partner at the PR Innovation Fund (PRIF), a specialized lender managing approximately $34 million in assets. The fund offers customized financing solutions for research and development-focused enterprises in Puerto Rico. In this capacity, he oversees underwriting, ensures due diligence, and structures financing opportunities catering to innovation-driven businesses' unique needs.

Colton is also a Founding Member of Assured Cyber Solutions (ACS), a veteran-majority-owned firm specializing in reducing cyber risks across the public and private sectors. At ACS, he manages the firm’s financial operations and contributes to its strategic growth by leveraging his expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the technology sector.

Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Wandke gained valuable experience in investment banking and private equity, where he led multiple buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and participated in substantial debt and equity capital raises. His expertise, particularly in the Life Sciences and Technology industries, has refined his ability to guide high-growth businesses through complex financial challenges.

Colton Wandke holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the SDSU Fowler College of Business and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
