Established on May 2009, comestoarra has come towards photography industry in Indonesia aims to serve its customers who needs to get the good quality of pre-wedding photography and unforgettable wedding documentation (photo and/or video), nevertheless has still obtained the affordable price. In order to realize those things, four formers of comestoarra: comestoarra4, comestoarra19, comestoarra26, and comestoarra29 decided to implement four-strategies innovation towards the business. Firstly, comestoarra decided to hire people who have good vision-mission, love photography (not just like photography), willing to work as a team, good communication skill (verbal and non verbal) and the most important thing is creative - both in thinking and acting. After we did selection, we found six talented persons. They were Arief Noerhidayat (marketing executive, stylish, and conceptors), Rizki Wisnuaji (programmer and comestoarra’s website developer and maintainer), Budi Respati (Photographer, Videographer, conceptor, and Editor), Arza Nursatya (Photographer, Videographer, and Designer), Feri Suminar (Photographer and Editor), and Alga Agustia Saputra (Photographer and Supervisor). In accordance to this, those six people committed to be loyal with comestoarra by giving all potential they have had and implementing the business strategy developed by the former of comestoarra as the guidance of work. Secondly, in order to support the business, comestoarra therefore purchased Fuji Film Frontier 340 to obtain the best quality of photo printing; has cooperated with some suppliers to provide the different customers’ needs and wants of albums, frames (from 3R – 24RP), etc.; and built the studio called “Rumah foto comestoarra” for the purpose of indoor pre-wedding photography. Thidly, to be offering the affordable price towards its customers as the key competitive advantage within photography industry in Indonesia, comestoarra ascertained that the supply and value chains management systems must be implemented in order to engage with customers in long term period. At the end, comestoarra decided to utilize social media such as facebook, twitter, etc. in order to do solicitation towards consumers, which tend to be heterogeneous in wants, needs, and preferences of photograph.
