Comfort & Soothe Boxes

Hello, I’m Emily, the founder of Comfort & Soothe. I’m a student living in North Yorkshire. I am a small business owner who sells comfort and soothe boxes, aka self-soothe boxes. I value mental health and think it is so important. I started this business as a project for college, but with encouragement, determination and a lot of help , I was able to get this far. I even have my own website! My aim is to send people who are struggling with their mental health, a box to help them feel a little more at ease. whether they need to fidget with something or use some colour to distract them.

My boxes come in three different sizes and can be bought through my website which you can click just above my bio. or (click here) There is a Mini Box, a Standard box and a Deluxe box. Pricing starts at £10. Packaging and shipping costs apply are around £3.99 depending on the weight of your box.
