Every job has tension. Some stress is due to the nature of the task, some stress we affect ourselves, and some stress is caused by these around people, be it requiring employers, weird customers or unproductive and scheming co-workers.

Therefore if workplace stress is a provided, then how we manage this stress features a significant impact on how well we conduct and how much we appreciate our work.

The fact is that living and dealing with others is not often simple. You dont have to like the people you work with, but you do need to be able to co-exist and co-operate with them. You can begin by remembering that everyone has their place and the more equilibrium you can bring to the situation the more enjoyable it will be for everyone.

Why not try bringing a little equilibrium to the office by believing your job to be a person in a choir. In a choir some people sing too loud, others too lightly and some out of tune, but were all still part of the same choir. If you sing louder to compete with the noisy singers or sing so gently that you're not heard or sing out of song just to easily fit in, then you do nothing to help the choir-you dont include something to the equilibrium.

You cant change how still another performs, you can only do the best that you can and wish that others follow your lead.
