Compass was established in November 2001, in response to need for special education services for children with mild to severe disabilities, who need individualized education programs that address their unique requirements. Compass educational programs include social, emotional development, behavior modification, language, cognition, comprehension, general knowledge, creative development, physical therapy and speech therapy. These services are based on individual needs that are designed to meet each child’s unique social, behavioral, emotional and learning needs. We believe that individuals with special needs must be educated to their maximum potential.
