The practice was founded in the year 2000 by highly respected consultant Abbas Mhar - an osteomyologist, specialising in remedial massage, nutrition and naturopathy.

Complemed Therapy prides itself on treating all patients with the highest quality of care. The centre adopts an holistic and caring approach to all of its patients and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of preventative healthcare.

The Complemed Therapy Clinic won a "Today's Therapist Award" for best Complementary practice in 2003.

In 2004 it was recognised as the best Complementary and Integrated Practice in the UK by the Foundation of Integrated Medicine
