Conan Hunsaker

The former owner of UR Home Investments, LTD, Conan Hunsaker has balanced his professional life with a broad range of hobbies and charitable activities. An avid running enthusiast, he attends cross-country and track-and-field events and has participated in such road races as the Go! St. Louis All-American 5K & Fun Run. He has also fished throughout his entire life and regularly brings his children along with him to catch trout. For nearly 20 years, Conan Hunsaker has played golf recreationally with friends as well as taken part in local charity tournaments.

As a stay-at-home father, Conan Hunsaker spends much of his time with his children and enjoys training his daughter to run races and coaching his son’s basketball team. With his family, he often vacations on Florida’s Gulf Coast, where he has the opportunity to visit the beach, go saltwater fishing, snorkel, and frequent local seafood restaurants. Mr. Hunsaker has also traveled to Montana several times, where he and his family have camped, hiked, fished, and canoed down the Yellowstone River.

During his eight-year tenure as proprietor of UR Home Investments, Conan Hunsaker owned and managed 13 rental properties. He handled all facets of the business, including maintenance and repairs, tenant screening, and financial records. Earlier in his career, he served as an account manager for the commercial cleaning products manufacturer Brulin & Company, Inc., and built profitable business relationships with two of the company’s primary clients.
