The following reflects my competencies as a Business Analyst / Project Manager or related position.
My most recent projects include:
1 Business Analyst for System Selection project for a re-insurance client looking for a ECM-Document Manager System running in a Macintosh network.
2Project Manager for defining, designing, testing, training and implementing a Document Management system. They reduced late payment penalties and improved vendor service by reducing the time to pay invoices. They centralized invoice receiving to reduced the expenses of tracking and copying of invoices.
3Project Leader for a web based Credit Card Dispute system. The initial system solution was a service bureau solution that lowered the risk of disputes, redistributed staff and improved customer service. The system paid for itself in less than 9 months and was a major benefit when the business was later sold.
4Project Manager for implementation of healthcare systemlarge Home Health Agency in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area.
During my career as an analyst and consultant I have worked with insurance, re-insurance, healthcare, third party administrator, finance, property management and government clients.
Over the past 25 years, I have developed a diverse level of skills. I began my career as a Programmer and advanced to Design Analyst, Quality Control/ Testing including, Training and Implementation as well as Technical Marketing Support. My primary skill sets are now as an IT Consultant and Project Manager.

For my next career position, I am looking to use my diverse set of skills to work with users and clients to manage business requirements and define process improvements that achieve specific business goals.
