Lisa Jackson Jones

Lisa is the owner of Concepts In Action, a consultative coaching and leadership development company.

She partners with people who desire to position their goals, dreams, or passions into a viable career path to live an abundant and profitable life they intend to live. She couples her experience through solution based selling and professional development training, from a diverse background with one common thread; maximizing relationships to deliver the right resources for a client's career development plan.

Lisa has extensive experience consulting companies on strengthening their employee engagement programs through training customer service, product knowledge and business acumen. She has worked individually and on project teams to develop curriculum, streamline processes, and provide comprehensive building blocks for increased productivity.

Lisa has degree in Finance from Baylor University. Her extensive training and coaching experience of over 15 years was developed through leadership courses provided by American Airlines Corporate Training, GlaxoSmithKline Training, and Zig Ziglar Leadership Training and Development Institute. She was the assistant vice president of global learning development for Markit, a financial information systems company. She is a graduate of the T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute through the Junior League of Dallas.

Lisa enjoys traveling, learning new cultures, and socializing with friends and family. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas.
