a person in an apartment building especially in France who takes care of the building and checks the people who enter and leave.

• an employee at a hotel whose job is to provide help and information to the people staying at the hotel.

A concierge is someone who knows what you want and can provide you with the resources you need. They are at your disposal and their sole purpose is to ensure that you are well taken care of and fully satisfied with the service provided. In short, a concierge is the epitome of customer service.

My Concierge Service uses the same customer service philosophy to develop relationships with potential customers who access our network to fill their service needs. Our role is essentially to act as an honest broker. We believe in open and honest communication and transparency within our network. We are the neutral third party whose goal is solely to ensure that both service providers and customers are thoroughly satisfied.
