Con Cú

Con Cú is the pen name of the author of Soldier, Lily, Peace and Pearls, a novel about Vietnam, Cambodia, Canada and Rwanda. Con Cú, meaning "owl", is a nickname given to the author by a beautiful Vietnamese-Canadian friend, whose childhood stories inspired much of the first part of the novel. Con Cú lives in Aylmer, Quebec, Canada just across from Ottawa. He is also the founder of the Deux Voiliers Publishing initiative which will soon publish its sixth work of fiction.
