I am a mediator and well-versed advocate of the Alternative Dispute Resolution system, Richard can draw on his expansive knowledge of the legal system in Australia (although is unable to give legal advice) in concert with a desire to see disputing parties reach an agreement prior to, or as an alternative to, costly litigation and/or court proceedings.
