I'm Cong, founder & CEO of Synodus. I have 10 years of experience dedicating my time as a executive, tech enthusiast & thought leader.

When I discovered only 1 out of every 2000 startups succeed, my mission as an entrepreneur became clear: to equip companies, especially startups with tech knowledge, systems & future-proof talents for sustainable growth and prosperity.

Then when I started working as CEO of GEM - an IT solution startup, I fell in love with tech and building wonderful products that fit the market.

In 2019, I created a small startup focused on R&D named as Edso Labs, where I’ve leveraged state-of-the-art technologies to help clients develop innovative strategies and achieve impactful outcomes.

I love my work and feel lucky to have found such an awesome group of people - who have been side-by-side with me since day one to build Edso Labs (now it becomes Synodus, a company with 250+ employees) to be a premium software development services provider for all kinds of business, from early-stage startups, SMEs to big enterprises.
