Conlan Flynn
Conlan Flynn is a songwriter/guitarist/vocalist who performs in a folk-rock idiom with various jazz influences. He is originally from Perth, Ontario, Canada and has been heavily involved with music in the area.
For the past five years he has been involved with Perth's annual Stewart Park Festival where he has acquired the inspiration to pursue the art of songwriting. During the passed years he has been an active guitarist in local groups such as Freshly Squeezed and the Funk Police. While he is in town he is often seen playing with Dave Balfour at O'Reilly's Open Stage.
His writing style has various influences from artists like John Mayer, Brad Paisley, Paul Simon, Sam Roberts, and countless others.
Having recently finished studying Jazz Performance at Concordia University in Montreal, he is embarking on a new adventure: Teaching in Cambodia!
