Professor Mark DeWolfe Howe "indicted" the Supreme Court for hijacking our common history to its uncommon purposes. That kind of kidnapping should enrage citizens of the Republic. I keep the problems of a runaway judiciary on the front burner.
I'm married to Terri, since 1982. We have eight children.
From 1992 to 2012, I was Senior Counsel with the American Center for Law and Justice, Inc., a nonprofit public interest law firm.
From 2004 to 2011, I directed the Washington, DC, semester experience for students of an ABA accredited law school. In addition to directing the program, I taught a substantive three hour course in Advanced Constitutional Law and a one hour course in Legal Practice.
