I am a trainer, facilitator and specialist in interpersonal communication, workplace relations, skillsmapping, and group dynamics. My background blends professional counsel and creative problemsolving with skills assessment and retention expertise. Trained in mindfulness, visual literacy, andpsychology, I have cultivated exceptional communication skills supporting strong individualperformance, efficient management strategies and group dynamics to enhance productivity. Workingwith others, I bring insight, humor, enthusiasm, and optimism to all of my projects.

I received my Masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a concentration in ArtTherapy from Naropa University. My experience as a board certified art therapist is unique andallows me to skillfully train and facilitate dialogue about relational dynamics and visualcommunication. Remembering what is important in the lives of others, I am attentive, compassionateand practical.
