Conner Maloy

Through my leadership exeriences I have learned that in order to be an effective leader one must lead through example. I have developed my leadership and interpersonal skills through multiple avenues. Over the course of a recent summer internship, I worked with a high-paced, growing ecommerce wholesailing company under two experienced entrepreneurs, exposing me to the finer points of how to start and operate a small online retail business in a rapidly growing industry. One of the key advantages of this internship is that I was exposed to various methods of sales and marketing involving the e-commrce industry. As a member of Wofford’s men’s tennis team I learned to prioritize my academic and extra-curricular responsibilities. As an accomplished tennis player, I understand that discipline is a key ingredient to success.
