Conner Quinto

Hi, I'm Conner, a Photographer and Filmmaker from Santa Cruz California. I studied photography at Cabrillo College and UCSC the latter of which earned me a degree in Film and Digital Media.

Working as a visual artist and documentarian, I enjoy seeing the world as a series of images, edited together in a beautiful story. I like observing details and love working with natural light. I've worked in many settings both in the worlds of photography, film, and video and am flexible in my approach to any project.

I was lucky to grow up with nature all around me and am avid about enjoying the outdoors. Its great to have a passion like photography which connects very deeply with my love for nature. When I photograph people, I love looking at them in the context of their surroundings

While photography is more personal for me, I see video more as a collaboration. I work together with others to tell a story. While I may be the one behind the camera and the one sitting at the screen editing, I like collaborating on developing a narrative that will work on film along side my client.

I do everything because I love it all, and why not? The world is full of variety and I love capturing that!
