Hello my name is Ansley Elizabeth Conner, but I go by Liza. I guess my parents were really indecisive about what to name me or they just liked too many names, but what resulted were three family names and me technically going by a nickname of my middle name. Confused yet? Join the club! See my mom's name is Ansley and she wanted one of her children to be named after her but didn't want there to be a "Big Ansley" and a "Little Ansley" because THAT would just too confusing (lol). Then Elizabeth is my grandmother's name, and she would have just killed my mom if no one was named after her, so Elizabeth was added. So there we go Ansley Elizabeth Conner end of story.....not quite. Because now we have Liza. Liza was my mom's great great (maybe a few more greats) grandmother was named Liza and it was just my mom's favorite name so instead of dropping one of the other two she decided to just go ahead and add that one too!! The more the merrier! So there is it Ansley Elizabeth "Liza" Conner. Everyone has called me Liza my whole life and it was easy for all my teachers in high school to remember because they didn't have nearly as many students as college professors. So now here you all are confused and turned around about what to call me, but don't worry I will respond to all three. For now lets just stick with Ansley because it will be the easiest for everyone, especially Professor Galli, to remember.
