After Her accident and Brain Surgery Connie Welch realizes how important family is and how in a split second life can change her life is now also focus on Estate Planning, which has taking her to secondary path to also help her clients needs after Real Estate.
She has been a part of the WCR (Women Council of Realtors) Utah County. She also volunteers to help Young Women with their Personal Progress, which is a goal-setting and achievement program for girls 12-18 years old.
As a Real Estate Professional she is known for her Negotiation skills and she is working on her 2019 RENE Certification (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).
She has worked with Rural Housing Development at the Local Level and HUD housing at the Federal Level, she believes home ownership is the most important asset a person can have.
But not everything is work for Connie, she has made a lifelong commitment to service either in her community or around the world.
One of her passions is to travel, her family always jokes around "where in the world is Connie now" like the famous Carmen Sandiego.
