Connie Rankin

Connie is the founder and President of CRES, an award-winning Commercial Real Estate firm, and a nationally recognized leader in empowering and motivating others. Over the past 35 years of her professional career, Connie has used pure grit and determination to overcome many adversities and achieve success in a very competitive environment.

Connie's passion is mentoring women, entrepreneurs, leaders, and people from all walks of life on how to achieve success by moving past their fear into faith. She is honored to be the recipient of numerous awards, but says her most memorable award is the WBENC Business Star which gave her the opportunity to visit the White House.

One of Connie's most exciting moments was meeting Oprah in 2014, and Oprah giving her blessings to include her story in Connie's upcoming book.

Connie said, her proudest accomplishment, is being the driving force behind the formation of the Giving Tree Scholarship Program, to help new start up businesses. Her dedication to this program became the catalyst for her upcoming book, God Gave Us Wings - demonstrating through true stories, that no matter where you are in life... success is possible if you Believe. I Can...I Will!
