Connie Smallwood

As the Vice President of Innovation and University Programs for CA Technologies, I lead and manage the innovation and thought leadership initiatives within the company. These include CA Technologies' innovation and idea management programs, patent program, technical recognition events, and employee engagement initiatives. I also manage CA Technologies' publishing programs, including CA Press. In addition, I am responsible for establishing CA Technologies' presence and image with colleges and universities around the world through strong, mutually supportive partnerships between CA and the academic community. Specific initiatives include the CA Academic Initiative and the International Case Competition on the Strategic Value of IT Management.
