Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I followed my heart to the great state of Texas to attend Southern Methodist University, where I double majored in real estate finance and economics with financial applications. After graduating in 2011, I landed a job in Dallas with a small private equity real estate fund called Thackeray Partners. Over the course of three years, I worked my way up from analyst to asset manager and now oversee 7 multifamily assets, 2 office assets, 2 industrial assets, and one land acquisition.
Outside of work, I'm an avid traveler and a firm believer that experiences are priceless in comparison to material goods. I often pack my calendar with concerts, dinners at unfamiliar restaurants, movie nights to catch a new flick, and weekend vacations across the US to visit friends and family.
When I'm not out and about traveling and emptying my wallet in pursuit of new tastes and experiences, I spend my time at home writing music, cooking, and scouring Netflix for hidden gems for a lazy night on the couch with my best friend and soon to be bride.
