Connor Donahue

Amherst, MA

I am an Accounting major with in the Isenebrg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have a passion for the business world and to one day be part of it. Ever since I was young I have been facinated with numbers and the world of business. My goal one day in the future is to work and live in the city of Boston for a major firm and to make an impact while there.

While at school I am the Treasurer of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a member of Beta Alpha Psi, an accounting and finance society. I work at the Digital Media Lab in the library as a student assistant and currently am pursuing internships for the upcoming summer.

Outside of school I love sports, especially soccer. I have played and watched it my whole life and am looking forward to the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Along with soccer I ski, play basketball, and fish as much as I can. When not doing some sort of sport or activity I pursue my passion of business with my online yardsale company I started in high school. During the summer, for both fun and a little spending money, I invest in items from yardsales and flip them for a profit online through eBay. Though it certainly does not fund my education it fuels my love of business, similar to playing a game of soccer.
