Hello!

For years I have had a passion for the food industry. I have had many opportunities to work in fine dining, working in 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants, I have been successful in various competitions and I am now keen to broaden my experience within food product development, innovation and quality assurance.

I’m a student living in Nottingham studying Food Science and Technology BSC. The course at Nottingham Trent and my previous experience have laid the foundations for a wide variety of skills used in the food product development environment. It has been the new product development concepts of my food science and technology modules that I have found to be the most fascinating and enjoyable. Since embarking on my University course. I have been determined to pursue a career in this area.
