Conor Harty

Conor Harty is a Chief Technology Officer and Solution Architect. His progressive career in systems design and management is well rounded and combines an academic background from the University of Sydney and more than twenty year industry experience.

During the course of his career he has faced many challenges and held key management roles across a number of industries, leading multiple teams through the implementation process, delivering company-wide systems and management tools. Conor brings a specific wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of web applications, data-centre architecture, cloud based enterprise solutions and improving the overall customer experience.

In his latest project these technologies have been applied in the field of Immigration Law, where he has designed a bespoke cloud-based platform to meet their set of unique business requirements. This system has resulted in a reduction of visa processing times and improved customer accessibility to the newly formed Centre of Excellence.

Conor is a visionary and he applies this to his everyday life. His outgoing and friendly personality make him a natural leader who easily forms relationships. This effective communication style has been particularly useful in securing stakeholder buy-in and establishing trust.

He is always seeking the next adventure and challenge. His passion for technology and innovation has been the driver in co-founding a think-tank which comprises of engineers and business professionals working towards providing cost effective energy and water solutions to developing countries. He current resides in Sydney.
